If the items are defective or arrive damaged, we’ll work with you to get it replaced or make it right. Please keep in mind that natural variations in the wood or how tines sound are not considered defects. We’re reasonable people – please reach out if there’s a problem!
If you want to return the item because you have changed your mind, we are willing to work with you. In most cases, refunds are processed after the returned item is received, less the cost of taxes and return shipping. Depending on the item, there may be a restocking fee of 10%.
We work with several different kalimba makers, and the kalimbas often ship directly from the manufacturer itself. Return and exchange shipping times may vary.
